ICA Bank’s business concept is to make every day a little easier for ICA’s customers by providing financial services and increasing customers’ loyalty to ICA, and to reduce the ICA stores’ and ICA AB’s transaction costs for external bank and credit cards.

ICA Bank was started in 2001 and offers a complete range of financial services that make every day a little easier for customers. The services are distinguished by competitive prices and fees, clear terms and a high level of service.

Operations are conducted in the two business areas Private and Corporate.

ICA Bank’s services are handled through a range of digital channels including the internet, apps and social media, augmented by customer service by phone. Certain, selected banking services are also available at ICA stores.

Since 2015 ICA Bank also conducts insurance business under own management through the subsidiary ICA Insurance. ICA Insurance offers a number of attractively priced, generously structured insurance products with attractive terms and conditions. For peace of mind. Of course, as a regular customer of ICA you earn bonuses on your insurances in the same way as when you buy groceries from an ICA store.
