Expanded breadth of the range and larger volume growth have created a need for larger freezer capacity in ICA Sweden’s logistics operations. To meet this need for capacity, ICA Real Estate and ICA Sweden are investing in a new logistics property for frozen products in Västerås. The warehouse will be equipped with a highly automated warehousing solution.

“This is a future-oriented and important investment to promote growth of both the existing and future product range. Development and modernisation of our warehouses is a continually ongoing process to raise delivery quality for our customers and the work environment for our employees.
