Good year for ICA Bank but less so for ICA Insurance

During the year ICA Bank continued its efforts to develop both its operations and its offering. The extensive transition process of recent years has resulted in a significantly broader financial services offering within lending, saving, payments and insurance. It has also brought in more customers and strengthened relationships with existing customers. At year end, there were more than one million bank customers.
